USE
Use neat for the most invigorating freshen up, or dilute to taste for a subtle pick-me-up. Use a third of our mouthwash cup and swish for 30 seconds, then expel and avoid swallowing.

I’m so impressed with this mouthwash. My gums feel soothed & less inflamed, hardly any bleeding now. My mouth feels fresh and healthy. Will definitely be sticking to this one & even better that it’s made with natural ingredients.
My friend recommended this toothpaste saying it’s the best she has used so far, she wasn’t wrong. I had a look was happy with the ingredients and went ahead and ordered the whole range .. so pleased I did. The toothpaste the bamboo floss the mouthwash. Really like the packaging. Arrived quickly.
Have had gum disease for years, and now periodontal disease, have tried everything my dentist could recommend, nothing improved it, constant pain, ultra sensitive, tooth loss, even going outside in winter on a cold day was painful.
Tried Truthpaste as a last attempt before I lost even more teeth, to say I'm impressed is a understatement, my teeth and gums feel stronger, my teeth no longer wobble if I touch them, and my gums are pain free, pink and no longer red & inflamed. I brush twice a day with the Peppermint paste, and rinse with the strong mouthwash after lunch.. no more costly than 2 tubes of expensive shop bought chemical and fluoride filled paste.. and my breath always smells great now, and mouth feels clean all the time. Excellent product.
The wintergreen toothpaste, is my favourite. My teeth are looking alot whiter. Also it freshens your breath, and it lasts, a while.
I’m sure it’ll be great, but I haven’t tried it yet!
After a trip to A&E 4 different dentists and 3 rounds of 2 different antibiotics for a gum infection, I tried this and it reduced all the swelling and nursed my gum along with the fennel toothpaste, I am absolutely blown away with the results.and anyone having dental issues needs to add this to their bathroom cabinet it really is amazing !
