Rewards & Loyalty Programme – Terms & Conditions
Our rewards programme is designed to reward customers for their continued support. To ensure it remains fair and sustainable, the following terms apply.
How rewards work
Points are earned on eligible purchases and selected actions, as outlined in the rewards panel. Points can be redeemed for rewards subject to the conditions below. Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Using rewards
Only one offer, discount, or reward can be applied per order. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, bundle, or sale pricing unless explicitly stated. Rewards are valid on full-price purchases only.
Subscriptions
Subscription pricing already includes a discount and represents the best available price. Rewards, discount codes, and promotions cannot be applied to subscription orders. Points may be earned on subscription purchases unless otherwise stated.
Reward thresholds and conditions
Rewards may be subject to minimum spend requirements. Orders must meet the stated threshold after any applicable adjustments. Rewards cannot be partially redeemed, split across multiple orders, or applied retrospectively.
Fair use
The rewards programme is intended to provide reasonable value to customers and must not be used in a way that results in excessive or unintended discounting. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards, remove points, or exclude customers from the programme where misuse, abuse, or activity outside the intended use is identified.
Changes to the programme
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the rewards programme, including point values, earning rates, and redemption structures, at any time without prior notice where necessary to maintain the sustainability of the business.
General
Rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where rewards or discounts have been applied in breach of these terms. Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms.
