What do I actually get for joining the waitlist?

A founding ambassador spot if you're in the first 50. That means real input into how the Club is built — the missions, the rewards, the partnerships. Founding-only point boosts. Founding-only missions. First-in-line on every launch, forever. And a lifetime founding status nobody who joins later can buy or earn. None of this is repeatable once we open the doors.

Do I have to pick just one tier?

No. Most people start with Loyalty and grow from there. Ambassador is open to anyone who wants to take on missions and level up. The paid tiers — Affiliate and Creator — are invite-only. To join either, you'll need to apply, show us your channels, and demonstrate you can build an audience and create genuinely engaging content.

What are missions?

Missions are how you earn beyond just shopping. Review a product. Share a story. Refer a friend. Film a 15-second clip. Some missions are tiny and quick, some are bigger and worth more. Each one has its own reward, and they're released regularly so there's always something new to do.

Do ambassadors earn money?

Ambassadors earn points through missions, shares and referrals — not cash. The trade-off: ambassadors get the inside track on new products and a hand in shaping what we make next. If you want actual commission paid into your bank, that's the Affiliate tier. We're upfront about that so nobody joins the wrong lane.

How does affiliate commission work?

Affiliates are campaign-by-campaign. We'll run a campaign — a new product, a seasonal push, a partnership — and invite you in. Every campaign has its own rate, disclosed up front, so you know exactly what you'll earn before you commit. You decide which to sign up for and which to pass on. Drive sales on the ones you opt into, earn commission on every sale you make.

What does a paid creator brief look like?

Short-form video mostly — TikTok, Reels, Shorts. Sometimes UGC for ads, sometimes a routine demo. Creator briefs are paid; rates are disclosed up front per brief and depend on the deliverable and your audience.

What if I just want free toothpaste?

The Loyalty tier is for you. Just earn points on everything you buy and every review you leave. Want to earn faster? Join the Ambassador tier and take on missions to rack up points quicker. The more you get involved, the more points you collect — and the bigger the discounts they unlock.

When does the Club open?

Launch date is TBC — we're not opening until we know the right founding ambassadors are in. Sign up for the launch and you'll be first to hear when the doors open, before any public announcement.
