Use
To use, simply scoop a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush. Brush your teeth in circular motions for two minutes, ensuring thorough coverage of all surfaces. No need to rinse.

The first toothpaste I bought from truthpaste was the Hydroxyapatite peppermint which I think is an amazing product. I saw the Citrus being promoted so I bought it and from the first time I used it I absolutely loved it. Its equally good at cleaning / reducing sensitivety. I can only describe the flavour as mildly sweet, herbal and orangey. I've been using the peppermint in the morning and Citrus in the evening! very hard to say which one I prefer so I highly recommend both the peppermint and this Citrus.
