How to use:
Great for cleaning the little places between your teeth that normal toothbrushes can't reach.
Use before you brush your teeth, but not as a replacement for regular toothbrushing.
Gently brush back and forth between gaps to remove plaque and food particles. Always clean after use with water and let it dry. Replace the brush when it becomes worn.
To find the best interdental brush size for you, it's recommended to start with a smaller size and work up. Never force a brush between your teeth that doesn't easily fit. You may need more than one size of interdental brush to properly take care of your whole mouth.

Highly recommend these interdental brushes . They are the best I’ve used and plastic free. The bushes glide easily without irritating the gums . And long enough to use easily from different angles in your mouth .
I love these little brushes they are so much easier to manoeuvre around my teeth because of the bamboo handle
The product works ok but the handle is unnecessary and therefore makes the item expensive as the brush doesn't last long which is the important thing to do the job. Would not purchase again.
I have recently been to the dentist who recommended I used interdental brushes and sold me some plastic ones which I struggled with. When placing my toothpaste order I discovered Truthpaste sell eco ones and they are such good quality in comparison. I’m not struggling with these and they don’t collapse as easily as the dentist bought ones. Plus they’re sustainable!
