I have been using my new truthpaste and mouthwash for about six weeks.now and I have had fewer episodes of inflammation. You definitely have to brush your tongue clean after but it feels really nice and fresh especially after using the mouthwash too. I am very happy using much less harsh and more natural products. Looking forward to trying a new flavour but it's going to take a while. Really good value for money and it I think it is beneficial for my mouth biome as they say! 😂
