DIRECTIONS
1. FLOSS
Break off 30cm and hold firmly between thumb and forefinger. Floss between two teeth by wrapping around the curve of the tooth and flossing under the gum line to the end of the tooth. Repeat on each side of each tooth. Floss after meals or before brushing or rinsing.
2. BRUSH
Use twice daily. Scoop a pea sized amount with a spatula to apply to your brush. Brush teeth and gums for 2 mins, and expel. Replace lid firmly after use. Suitable for use with manual or electric brushes.
3. RINSE
For best results use after food or drink to neutralise acids, freshen breath, and remove food debris. Not to be used after toothbrushing. Swish 15ml around your mouth for 30 seconds then expel. Avoid Swallowing.
