DIRECTIONS

Brush twice daily to remove and prevent plaque, keep your breath fresh, and nourish gum health.

Avoid brushing straight after meals or drinks (except water) when your enamel may be weakened from an acidic environment.

Use our stainless steel spatula to scoop a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes, brushing each surface of every tooth, and around your gum line.

Always replace the lid firmly after use to prevent your toothpaste from drying out. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid water getting in the jar to keep your paste fresh.

Each 100ml jar lasts approximately 3 months with one person using twice a day.

I really like the fennel flavour, it's not too strong, and my gumshave stopped bleeding! I don't know which ingredient is in thecommercial toothpaste you can buy in supermarkets, but those always made my mouth burn. My mouth is happy with Truth paste, doesn't burn at all!!!

we avoid fluoride at all costs and this is for sure, the best product we have ever tried.
The glass jar is a really nice touch too. No plastic and no waste.

Sore mouth, gums and wobbly tooth

I recently purchased the Fennel original paste. Wow! What a game changer. Lovely taste, great for sensitive teeth and sore gums. Within a day or two there was vast difference in my oral health. Gums have reduced in inflammation and my mouth/ eating is much morr comfortable. Will definitely be continuing with Truthpaste. Would highly recommend 😊

Zingy and fresh but it actually leaves teeth so clean. Love this. Only slight issue is that i spend ages rinsing the residue away or there are white bits all over tongue teeth and gums but absolutely worth the effort

All seems fine, I like the taste and my teeth seem nicely cleaned. Didn't have any particular mouth problems just wanted a more natural tooth paste without the usual "nasty" ingredients
