BENEFITS OF USING A BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSH

BENEFITS OF USING A BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSH

Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial

MOSO BAMBOO IS FAST GROWING

MOSO BAMBOO IS FAST GROWING

It takes 35-40 days for bamboo to complete its growth after the shoots have emerged, compared to a beech tree which can take up to 60 years.

This rapid growth makes bamboo markedly renewable.

PANDA FRIENDLY

PANDA FRIENDLY

Moso bamboo is a species not eaten by pandas, so no need to worry about imposing on their food source!

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSH

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSH

Avoid storing your toothbrush in water and allow your brush to completely dry out in between uses. If you use a toothbrush cup, ensure it has drainage.

How to Responsibly Dispose of your bamboo toothbrush

How to Responsibly Dispose of your bamboo toothbrush

You should change your toothbrush every 3 months. The handle can be composted at home or in an industrial composting facility.

The bristles need to be removed with tweezers before this, and recycled at a nylon recycling facility.

Unfortunately there is no perfect solution, with no completely plant-based and biodegradable bristles on the market yet.

Old toothbrushes can be used for cleaning, especially useful in those hard to reach places behind bathroom taps or in cars!
