Made from a natural, renewable material, bamboo toothbrushes are an eco-friendly option for those looking to reduce their plastic waste.
Furthermore, bamboo is incredibly strong and durable, meaning that your toothbrush will last just as long as a conventional plastic one.
With soft, medium and firm bristles available in a range of bold colours, our bamboo toothbrushes offer something for everyone.
So why not make the switch to a more sustainable option today?
Moso bamboo is a species not eaten by pandas, so no need to worry about imposing on their food source!
How to Responsibly Dispose of your bamboo toothbrush
You should change your toothbrush every 3 months. The handle can be composted at home or in an industrial composting facility.
The bristles need to be removed with tweezers before this, and recycled at a nylon recycling facility.
Unfortunately there is no perfect solution, with no completely plant-based and biodegradable bristles on the market yet.
Old toothbrushes can be used for cleaning, especially useful in those hard to reach places behind bathroom taps or in cars!
We purchased 5 tooth brushes and we are happy with the firmness of it, as well as we love the fact that they are on subscription, so they arrive with our truthpaste
Excellent toothbrush the blue head make it easy to find amongst the other toothbrushes great quality good clean :)
Feels great softer than I thought it would be very good quality nice feel bristles leave a good clean bristles do not break or fall away also:)
Great daughter is delighted
I love all the eco credentials associated with this toothbrush. The colour is bright and I like that the handle and bristles are blue and don’t get mixed up with the other toothbrushes. The bristle are just right - not too hard or too soft. The reason I gave 4 stars is that I have a small mouth and the head part felt a bit bulky in my mouth compared to my previous bamboo brush. I’m sure it would be fine in most people’s mouths though. Maybe I need to get the child’s toothbrush!
