DIRECTIONS

Suitable for all ages.

For 0-3 years: Use a spatula to place a smear of Truthpaste onto a brush and brush for 2 minutes. 

For 3+ years: Use a spatula to place a pea sized amount onta a toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes.
