I really like the feel of this toothpaste. It's less abrasive than the charcoal which suits me better and certainly less messy. I also only need a small amount so it will last well. I'm enjoying the freshness of the peppermint.
I haven't been using it long enough to say how it might help with sensitivity, but I intend to stick with it.

This product has made a huge difference to my dental health. Firstly, my teeth feel and look cleaner for longer. Secondly, my teeth began to look whiter (I didn’t purchase for that) lastly and far more importantly when I had my routine dental appointment after only six weeks of using this bundle I was delighted to find that the one troublesome dental pocket I had had for a few years, and having been recommended that the tooth should probably be removed, was now at a depth that was no longer of concern. Now I know this product does not claim to have this effect, but it is the only thing that I have changed since my last dental appointment. Love the product, it works for me
Would definitely buy again at first its something to get use to as its different to my regular toothpaste but your teeth and mouth feels clean and refreshed. Definitely would try all the flavours.
Have come back to this after finding it’s the best for leaving my teeth clean and fresh even in the morning. Different texture - no foaming, and careful if you get it on your clothes as it doesn’t wipe off so easily but really like it & lasts ages.
A friend told me about Truth Paste a few weeks ago and I’m really happy that I’ve tried it. My teeth do seem to be whiter and healthy looking even after a couple of weeks. I haven’t been using the mouthwash regularly but it definitely makes my mouth feel great.
