DIRECTIONS

Brush twice daily to remove and prevent plaque, keep your breath fresh, and nourish gum health.

Avoid brushing straight after meals or drinks (except water) when your enamel may be weakened from an acidic environment.

Use our stainless steel spatula to scoop a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes, brushing each surface of every tooth, and around your gum line.

Always replace the lid firmly after use to prevent your toothpaste from drying out. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid water getting in the jar to keep your paste fresh.

Each 100ml jar lasts approximately 3 months with one person using twice a day.

Not suitable for children under 12 due to essential oils. Seek advice if pregnant or breast feeding due to essential oils.

I’m chuffed to bits I found Truthpaste! My teeth were not in finest form and just a few weeks later they are almost pain free. I am waiting to see the dentist about a fissure in my molar and the pain is gone! I couldn’t even eat on the left side. What a relief🦷🤍I’ll be ordering my top up very soon. The only thing I need to get used to is the taste. It is good don’t get me wrong but it is quite tasteless after using sensitive toothpaste my whole life, just need to get used to a more natural flavour. Thank you so much 😁

Healthier gums

A milder flavour than the original. My gums have stopped bleeding and are growing back. Great product.

How is it possible!

I have deep pockets around my teeth, so I use a water flosser to remove the gunk. To my amazment, since using this product, I can report that just a 1/4 of gunk is now washed out of my mouth using the flosser- which tells me my gums are now shrinking around my teeth and they no longer bleed either! This I would never had believed was possible!

Far better than tubes

I’d wanted to change my toothpaste for a while, partly due to environmental reasons but also because I hated the way it stripped my mouth and left me feeling thirsty. This is now a thing of the past. The mint flavour is fresh and subtle but leaves teeth feeling clean. A little goes a long way too. Very happy with my purchase and will continue to use.
