I started using this to try and help with some dental issues which require extractions. I was feeling very unwell almost daily. I've noticed my sinuses are improving, less asthma, less acid reflux. The teeth were aching very badly last week, but the aching has been coming and going. When it dies down, my mouth is actually feeling a lot better, and the teeth starting to feel a little more stable. Will be interesting to see quite where this is leading.

I tried other natural toothpastes before i came across this one and it is the best so far. It cleans really well and my teeth are whiter and much less sensitive. I put that down to the hydroxyapatite. It's reassuring to know that I'm not using chemicals and that the ingredients are all beneficial to my teeth and gums. Fluoride-free mouthwash is brill!... use between brushing to normalise acidity in the mouth and to give tender gums a soft massage... initially the peppermint taste can be quite tart, so you may need to dilute to taste... but even that softens over time... a lovely complement to the Truthpaste range...
