Really love truthpaste, makes my teeth feel really clean and fresh. Not as keen on the charcoal variety as it's very runny.

I am loving this, it has a lovely strong flavour and is a better consistency than the Charcoal: Peppermint & Spearmint that I had before which was a bit more liquid

I wanted to try a natural product that would help with sore gums, keep my breath fresh and most importantly fight the build up of plaque. I’m fanatical about oral health and went to my dental hygienist two weeks after I stated using Truthpaste. For the first time, there was no bleeding, she commented that my gums looked healthy and other than a few small spots of plaque, my teeth looked in good order. I also saw my dentist a week later and he too complimented my teeth and gums, despite his skepticism about the effectiveness of natural toothpastes. I also oil pull and use interdental brushes so I think the combination of these factors has definitely helped. However, what I can say with certainty is since I started using Truthpaste my mouth feels clean, I’ve felt confident about having fresh breath and my gums no longer feel sore or bleed when I floss. I’ve already made a second order and will be sticking with Truthpaste!
